Our Customer Service Representative will assist you in setting up a utility account based on required information obtained when you fax/email a request for service. A Representative will contact you to set up an appointment or confirm that a service request was received and initiated.
On your service initiation date, our meter reader will obtain readings from which your billing history will start.


You can fax or email your contract along with a legible copy of your ID to (419) 221-5208 or billing@cityhall.lima.oh.us. Or bring the contract with all information into the office where a customer service representative will assist you.
